Each year is different and each side passenger side and driver side the color is different
Once you locate it splice into it with a t-tap

Mine has 1 solid color wire & 2 with stripes..
Which one is the one I need to splice into??
When the connector is plugged into the turn light the release clip faces up.

I would suggest a test light. Turn on blinkers and see which one blinks.

Anyone done this?? the color isn't really the important part.
Which wire did you slice into? The top one, middle one or bottom wire??

On my 2011:
Drivers side: Purple with white stripe (Bottom wire)
Passenger side: Grey with yellow stripe (bottom wire).

i did the mod and was not confuseed at all. i didnt have the taps so i used butt connectors and made it happen. great post and step by step directions STL!

x2 i just finished the mod like 5 minutes ago. the hardest part for me was taking the valence off. i was taking it off anyway
