You have a blown fuse not a relay.
Did you use this to help? I was confused as well then saw this posted.

Thank you for the help, finding the right fuse panel was a pain. Now I know the passenger corner lamp is out.

The simple blinker mod doesn't work correctly with LEDs because the voltage potential is reversed across the side marker lamps under certain conditions. LEDs are diodes and only allow significant current flow in one direction.
There is a fix for this but it requires additional wiring as explained here:

Re: How To: Blinker Mod
I got the DRL module as suggested in Daniel Sterns write up now my question is there is a set of directions that came with the module which stated that the blue wire goes to parking light feed and yellow to ignition for the DRL to work, in his write up for side markers to flash with turns it states yellow to turn signal feed red to turn signal, and brown to cut end of marker blue is not used. My question is if I just want the blinker mod should I use directions in write up. Sorry I am confused and sorry for long post. Thanks for any help.

Nope. You should not be turning the adjustment screws to remove the headlight housings.

That's what I thought.
Lights must have been out of alignment before I did it. Not sure how I didn't notice that before.
Blinker mod is sweet though!

I want to make it so that when I turn on my driving lights both the corner lights and the stock turn signals turn on and when I turn on my turn signal only the corner light turns on and off. Re: How To: Blinker Mod
Seems like u want it to be setup like a motorcycle....bikes are that way...headlight and blinkers are on...in front..blinkers serve as a running light.

I did this mod, and usually run with my "parking lights" and fogs on, during the day.
This results in the effect you're looking for.
