Yea I've found myself wanting lights at night and reaching up toward the light fumbling for switches. Then I remember its on the dimmer, and have to go fumble around for that switch instead lol.

I believe it will. I dont think you will need to add a power wire.

Correct, if its a single cab it may look a little funny. The mount may not be too flush

Ok just a swap good the only thing is the guide tab is much larger than the tab on my oem dome light do I have to cut it off??

You'll have to explain the guide tab though, not sure what that is til I see it

You shouldn't have to trim or cut anything.

Yup you will be fine, the 3 screws will hold it in place

ok so i have an 03 ranger and i took my dome off and i saw 2 wires that had screws in them for power ground for my stock one i assume. and i got my dome out of a f150 so i unplugged the wire from the f150 but my ranger has no plug. do i just screw the f150 dome in and hope it works? much appriciated
