i have a set up kinda like that but mines not for reversing its for azz hole who follow too close or with there brights on

With the rubber grommet, I would slice an "x" into it and run the wire through it that way. I would be nervous about the wire getting cut against the metal the way it is ran in the pics.

Those look good, but is there a way to tie them into the reverse lights, so you dont have to run them on a switch only?

Get a wireing diagram and tie the lights into the wires that power your reverse lights,use one of those plastic wire splice in things forgot what they were called lol.

Splice the relay into the reverse wires.
