So do I need to wire both green/yellow and red/yellow? I'd rather just splice the green/yellow wire to the dome light and be done with it, rather than working the red/yellow all the way down to the radio and splicing in there, too.

I'm not too sure if you can run only one wire. I just ran them all. In fact I ran both down to the radio I believe.

Alrighty, I might just wire up the dome light and see if it works. If not, I'll go the extra mile haha. You just run them down on the driver side and up under the dash?

Has anybody had issues with the lights coming on and off during a cloudy rainy day?

I put a small price of electrical tape over the bottom sensor to avoid that, also providing me with 24/7 headlights which is what I wanted

I have the OHC, but decided not to put it in, thinking about selling it on here to someone that wants it. Just running it through the headliner to the factory dome light

I found it easiest to just take the driver's side pillar off (the one with the idiot handle), and run a bundle of wires through that. Heck, I even wired up the reverse wire, because why not?

If all you need is the auto-dim function, then I'd imagine you probably need both of the power wires. Remember, the green wire is hot at all times, but the mirror is only active when you're driving. Thus, it needs something to trigger it.

Speaking of triggers, I don't know if I got a defective mirror or what, but that autolamp feature is garbage. Given that I do have an HID kit in there, it powers them up while cranking. Rapidly screwing with the power flow to xenon bulbs is one of the easiest ways to burn them out. Also, as Lariat mentioned, it's not smart enough to know if it's dark, or just cloudy/in-a-shady-spot. On top of all that—and this is the part that makes me think my mirror is defective—the timer for the lamp-off delay seems to be useless. Mine would always stay on for a while regardless. Granted, it was still a lot shorter than the battery saver relay's auto-off, but still a good 2–3 minutes when set to the minimum. That sound about right, or is that a little excessive for the lowest possible setting?
