Default How to remove bolt from Power Steering Pump on High Pressure Hose?

I'm replacing the High Pressure hose and possibly the high pressure valve connecting to the Power Steering Pump. I am unable to get a wrench in to the bolt on the bottom of the pump which is next to the low pressure bolt. I don't want to pull the whole pump out to get to it. Any ideas how to get this bolt off without taking everything apart?

It's a 2 wheel drive, 4 cyclinder 1994 Ford Ranger Pick up.

Just taking a stab here since I don't have a photo to look at or a Haynes/Chilton. Could you use a crow's foot attachment to reach it?
