Kinda stupid thing to post, but like it says today was leg day after a week break from lifting, I warmed up for squats and felt goo, so I stacked 10 lbs extra on each side and did some deep deep squats, felt great, until I walked out to my car. I was jelly from the waist down, I fell into my mustang haha,
and what's better is that I also do back and bis on leg day, and I went hard on my bis trying to wake them up because of all my muscles my bis are the only ones that don't want to grow, I got a nice peak there but the muscle belly itself is small IMO, heck even my calves have grown. so I was trying to shock my bis after that week off, so steering the dang car sucked too.
Am I the only one with a love/hate relationship with leg day.
