I have a 2001 Ford Ranger, the ABS light has been coming on and off lately, but not paid that attention to it until now.

The ABS light is staying on all the time, and my rear brakes have locked; won't release. Making a scubbing sound from the rear wheel, I did replace the rear wheels sensor on top of the rear end. Think some people call it the pumpkin head.

I can't find anything wrong, but didn't want to go to the dealership, for know they would charge me a arm & a leg.
Any help anyone can give me would be greatfully appreciated.
