Please Read! I need your help! Weird noise coming from front end?
I have a 2003 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L. 4X4. So a week ago I started to hear a winding/howling noise coming from the front driver's side. Didn't know what it was. Took it to a shop and found out it was the right front wheel bearing. Replaced the bearing/HUB, and I'm still hearing the same noise but only at half the volume.
Back in Decemeber 2012 I had the driver's side wheel bearing HUB replaced.
What else could be causing this? Could the left wheen bearing I already replaced back in DEC being going bad?
Please help I really need it.

My dads Dakota did the same thing until the brake seized and it rubbed until the brake assembly was bright red

not sure what brand, had a local shop do it. All I know it was expensive, so I believe it was the premium one, more expensive one. Checked with NAPA and the most expensive one is $262. Also when the right wheel bearing HUB was installed the mechanic told me the CV joints are good still.

Most expensive doesn't mean it's the right one
