I would squirt it with PB Blaster, let it soak in. Then use a special socket for extracting stripped bolts (These have specially designed teeth to bite into stripped bolts). Use leverage, breaker bar if feasible and position yourself for best leverage. Patience is key here, but if all this fails I would do as another poster recommended and grind carefully just enough of the stripped head off, remove the intake and extract the remaining bolt with as much threads and bolt length as possible. I had this happen with an exhaust manifold bolt where I used everything mentioned and low heat but you can't in this situation( Plastic intake and fuel in close proximity). Good luck, G

Thanks for all the help. I tried the special griprite socket. That did not work. I ended up drilling the head off. It worked great. Took 5 minutes. After the intake was off the rest of the bolt came right out. Thanks again!!!!!
