High pitch noise from front end
So I have a 2000 ford ranger 4x4 3.0 v6 with a manual transmission. I brought it to a shop anout 2 months ago for an alignment, that turned out to be my control arm and then after that they said my wheel bearing was goin out. I didnt want to pay 280$ for that so i had my dad's shop mechanic do it for me. Anyways, after that there has been a high pitch noise when i am above 20mph. It gets worse with speed. I got new rotors and brake pads installed for 240$, that lessened the noise but there is still the noise. A mechanic at work said that it might be the wheel bearing seal and that spraying wd-40 on it will seal it temporarily,
That didnt work also. I also have a pinion seal leak on the front diff if that matters, they added gear lube to that also. Any help is appreciated, will post results.
