Default Help identify this ground strap photo

After having the engine torn 1/2 way down, I'm all finished except for this one ground strap. I can't remember where it attaches to. The one end mounts on the firewall to the left of the wiper motor.

Can you look on your Ranger and help me out ? Thanks !

Not sure where it goes but I would think that anywhere on the back of the block would be ok.

Thanks for the memory-jogger. It goes on the back of the left cylinder head. That would explain the extra bolt I had left over as well

Any hardware left over is spare parts.

I thought you were always suppose to have spare parts left over.
