Default abs light is on

My abs light came on. It comes on when I get to about 15mph and goes off when I shut the truck off. According to my repair book it is the front right wheel speed sensor. Any ideas?

Default Re: abs light is on

when i bought my 95, it did the same thing, only at 55mph. turn the truck off and it went away until you hit 55 again. mine was the left front speed sensor. they are mounted to the spindle behind the rotor. 10 years ago, it was $75 to replace. we never did. it won't affect the brakes, but if the abs light is on, the abs won't work.
