Question truck freaking out

I have a 2000 Super cab 3.0 automatic 4x2 with a 170 some miles. This past weekend i had to go through deep water and got some condensation in one cylinder pulled the plug and removed the water out and every thing seemed fine for two days. Then it started to have a rapid burst of clicks when i press the brake lightly, then the speedometer started to drop when this happened. Searched the forums found it could be the abs sensor so i changed it and i had a small water pump leak so I figured on my day off I would change that also. After I changed it the truck would not start so I let it sit for a bit and tried to start again it started and as I let it run with the radiator cap off to work out any air bubbles after idling for 3 mins I had a big burst of water and the truck died. Couldn't get it started that night the next night after work it started first time let it idle ran my air bubble test again until heat started blowing, took it for a trip around the block and it ran fine but when I would hit the brake I could hear the clicking and the speedometer dropped to zero, and now when I hit my brakes the abs would engage when it wasn't needed. Searched online found if I removed the fuse, tested and worked fine no problems besides the abs light staying on put the fuse back in and it engaged early again but no light and still no speedometer. Today I drove it to work it drove fine no problems besides for a few mins the over drive light flashed and then went away, after work I changed the oil and changed the abs sensor again thinking it was faulty checked all my fluids and fuses then started to drive home the speedometer still dropped when braking abs still engaging for no reason and still hearing the burst of clicks when first hitting the brakes but half away home on my 35 mile trip the transmission dropped out of gear and then kicked back in hard so I slowed down pulled over looked seen nothing and it started
I drove like this for approximately 3 miles until I was able to get off the highway put the transmission in 2nd gear it drove fine just not fast with no check engine light or ABS but also no speedometer. I live just west Palm Beach in south Florida so deep water is nothing new for the truck but water in the cab was and since I have replaced water pump, abs sensor, brake switch, and checked all fluids I am stumped I am thinking maybe my ECU had gotten wet and causing all this craziness!!!!!

Any or all help would be welcomed this is my daily driver but electrical and transmissions are new lands for me please help!!!!
