Default Transmision going out?

So tonight i was driving home and i was at a red light. I noticed that my rpms wer around 1500 and then i stated driving and the rpms wldnt go any lower. When i went to stop i pressed the brakes and it seemed like my truck still wanted to go, as if i was pressing the brake and the gas.(which i wasnt) anyways it was acting up so i pulled over and put it in reverse, it jerkedinto gear. So i turned my truck off. Once i turned it back on my truck was fine. Any ideas? Lol

The iacv is only 2 months old, i cleaned the MAF and whats TB? Also it did it today too. When it happens its harder to give it gas. I really have to presz down on the pedal for it to go. Like its getting stuck some how.

^^^^^^^^^ maybe something on the floor jamming the peddle. Check out the linkage too. I was thinking something was keeping your idle up. TB=throttle body. Clean the butterfly too.

Something is getting caught. Is the throttle mod where you put zip ties around the cable at the gas pedal?

If you are on a computer and you scroll over MAF. it tells you what it is..mass airflow sensor!

so you replaced the IAC, right?

when you did that, you didn't clean the TB? and you didn't clean the MAF either? (just checking) i'd start there before taking it to a shop!
