Intermittent windshield wiper issues
The wipers work fine on fast and slow. Intermittent wipers when turned on travel up in 4" jumps. 4'' up-stop, 4" up-stop, 4" up-stop then they return the same way. You'll also need to park them at the bottom when shutting them off. Any thoughts?
