Default losing antifreeze, dripping @ tailpipe, head gasket?

2000 mazda b3000 3.0v6 4wd 185k

So about a month ago i started to notice that my coolant levels were dropping about a half gallon every 3 days or 200 miles. Thought it might just bee a leaky hose, i inspected the entire engine bay and not a drop. I thought Could it be just evaporating? as my mixture isn't currently 50/50 (coolant is expensive and its not below freezing yet here) Recently i noticed liquid dripping from my exhaust at a rate that with my minimal technical experience i figured to be excessive, and it seemed more like steam then exhaust smoke. Could someone please take a shot at a diagnosis? best case/worst case? Any additives that can prolong the inevitable? Any tests i can perform to diagnose myself?

The exhaust will drip water, that's your catalytic converter working. Is there any white smoke during driving when the truck is fully warmed up?

The oil seems normal 2500 miles into this oil change.

Does the coolant look milky or does the oil cap look like chocolate milk underneath?

I am in process doing head gasket on mine that I just brought this truck. White smoke, so the coolant looks brown an dirty look like to me it was never change. The oil no milkky there but well find out when i get the value cover off. best is to get the whole head gasket set to have all the gasket you need to do head.. I should have the rest of it torn apart and working on put it back together

Then its not 100% head gasket, but it's still possible. With it cold pull the rad cap off. Then run it, and look for bubbles (exhaust) in the coolant.
