Default more brake issues! brake booster?

Recently changed all the brakes and the master cylinder in order to try to fix the breaks going right to floor. still the same situation after bleeding breaks relentlessly . but i unplugged the vacuum line from the break booster and the breaks work like they should.. when i plug it back in the brakes go to the floor..? im thinking its obviously the booster but just wanting to make sure.
