Same thing happened with mine, my IAC was totaly shot, the little actuator in it was busted. Try to unplug your iac and start the truck.

Read before you post, I've said multiple times I've removed, cleaned, and reinstalled MAF and IAC. I do appreciate the help though

The shop said the MAF was needing to be replaced and wanted to charge 500, I paid for the diag but am picking a MAF up today for 100 and doing it myself.

Well I replaced the MAF and she fired right up, I'm paranoid though because its so damn quiet now that I keep thinking its going to die again.
