Default Rear end frame swap

I have rust on the rear end of my truck since it used to be a pool truck it's nothing really major but it doesnt let me put a hitch on it which i already bought. I was looking aroun the forum and found a page called autorust.com they sell the rear part of the frame for 130$ shipped i would also need hangers and shackles and those are like another 100something$ im willing to invest the money but i wanted to know if someone else has done it before? So i can get a better idea of how it is done. And do it properly. If i should use rivets or go with the bolts and do they hold up alright? Stuff like that. Pics would be awesome. Thanks

Bolts should be fine, just make sure there 8 grade. But if it was me I think I would be happier welding frame rails in place, The hangers and shackles come with bolts anyway so no problem there. if you have to replace the rear crossmember that should be fine with bolts also.
