Default 97 Ranger Power Steering

Does anyone know the torque spec on the pressure line at the pump outlet? I have replaced the flexable pressure line twice and eventually find a leak. Initially upon startup there are no visable leaks, but after some time and miles the teflon ring or plastic seal (on the hose fitting) seems to pucker or blow (push) out slightly and leak. I must either be under or over tightening. Or is there a known issue with these special Ford hose fittings?

just make them tight, it is a hard one to reach the seal should hold the pressure back. I just did my explorer and no problems, I replaced the whole rack also. on the exp the rack is inside the frame. a whole day of fun
