Default ball joint failure?

symptoms are: weird suspension noise from front, squeaking when braking and when acceleration (low speeds), also some sterring clunk when turning. Sounds like ball joint failure to me. Input?

That could also be a blown shock.

my ride is crappy b/c of cranked t bars so the shock could be it too, but would it have a rhythmic squeak when breaking and accelerating? the squeak is not constant but something like this: "squeak (1 sec delay) squeak (1 sec delay), etc." speed of it increases and decreases with speed though.

well when my truck has the some down travel in the front, it will squeak, would a warped rotor do that? I examined my rotor a few months ago and there was a lip on the outside edge of it on one side. Not sure what that means though.

well it was a combination of two things. My sway bar bushings were making the squeak over bumps and one of my brake pads had worn down all the way on just the leading edge. So I took care of both of those problems.
