Default Finally runnin but another problem

I finally got my 93 to run and drive.. I have no clue how i done it... When driving then truck i find that it runs kinda rough and when i accelerate it flutters and kinda hesitates like maybe it is about to flood out... Is it bc it hasnt been drove in a long time or does something need to be replaced?

So it did not run untill you pulled the wires under the dash? then you must have a loose wire or bad ground?
If I have this right the problem is the wires under the dash??? what made you think of pulling on the wires? If my truck did not run I would not look under the dash, something you did must of giving you a reason to go under the dash. tell us the whole story
