Default jerking/stumbling issue

2000 xlt 4x4 4.0L Automatic - 150k miles

Today on the way home cruising at 60MPH and went to give it some gas to speed up and it started jerking, almost like stumbling. No idiot light came on. I mashed it and it didnt do it nearly as bad. I came to the next stop figuring maybe the engine was gonna die, but it idled out smooth. In park, nuetral, and drive its fine, so its not an engine miss. Seems like its transmission related.
Just wondered if this may be a common issue and an easy fix.
I just bought the truck about 1,500 miles ago and havent had a single issue. I changed all fluids including tranny and filter when I got it. Trans fluid is fine. Thanks for your help.

Took care of that when I bought it too. It really feels transmission related, was just hoping it was common, maybe a sensor or something. Its not engine misfire or stumble, its a jerking when taking off. Does it from a stop too, unless you ease into it and take off like a granny or mash it and take off hard. Not sure, Im worried its tranny slipping.
