Third cylinder not firing

I own a 2003 Ranger Edge 3.0 V6 that started out with a slight sputter in the idle occasionally and ultimately ended up causing the truck to lose power and hesitate on take-off and climbing. I changed the fuel filter hoping it would solve the problem but didn't. I finally found out that it is not firing on the third cylinder (used a diagnostic).I changed the ignition coil, plugs, and wires. After I cranked her back up, she was running rougher than she was before the new parts. I double checked to make sure that all the wires were correct and they were. So now I'm back to square one. I ran a bottle of STP through the fuel last week hoping it would take care of the idle but it didn't work. My buddy gave me some SeaFoam to try yesterday and so far it hasn't worked either. I'm in need of some help because I have greatly exceeded my level of expertise...which isn't a whole lot to begin with. HELP!!!

Possible injector problem?

We checked the injectors yesterday. They looked fine. Unfortunately, it's looking more and more like a bad computer. We've made arrangements to have the dealership look at her.
