RPMs HOLDING in Neutral!!! Solved: Cleaned IAC
Going 3k rpms, shifting into 2nd gear, push the clutch in, and my rpms will hold 3k rpm for at least 5seconds, then it will drop. What is causing this? Looked at my cable, and it seems perfect (no rust or anything) and looks and functions fine.

Took the IAC off, cleaned it with carb cleaner, and its fixed now.
Posted this topic before I cleaned it, in case that didn't fix it, to see what else it could be.
