Default Power Steering Fluid Squirting?

So I got out of school to find my battery dead. I opened the hood and jumped the truck off no problem. I go to leave for school the next day and it's dead again without explanation. Okay, so I popped the hood to find power steering fluid all over my engine block. I took off the cap and looked at it to find any kind of explanation and it smelled like it had been burning. The only really noticeable problem is that my steering vibrates when I cut it hard. Any thoughts or anyone with this problem previously?
