Default A/C switch problems

I recently bought a 04 ranger edge for my daughter. I have done some different things to it but, I only had #2 and #4 speed on my ac switch.
I put a brand new switch in and nothing changed. But today I drove it and now I have just the #4 speed. If anyone has had the same trouble could you please let me know what it might be. Thanks Goodoldboy

yea mine does something similar except i have all four speeds working but on the color temp knob unless it is all the way cold and at a very specific spot it will blow hot, like heater hot lol. Not a big deal but annoying.

Thumbs up Re: A/C switch problems

Thanks for the info it was the blower motor resistor. I couldn't believe how rusted the plug was. I had to cut it off the resistor. I had to order a new wiring harness for it. Thanks
