Ok I put a gatorback belt on my 06 about a year or so ago. Here lately ive noticed it has a slight whistling sound when im sitting at a stop. Its not really to loud and if any load on the engine at all happens it goes right away.
Tried some wd 40 and only fixes if for alil while like you would expect.
The only time it does it is when I come to a complete stop say at a light or drivethru. Itll be fine for a few seconds and when the rpms get all the way down to just idle, it slowly starts making its little whistling sound. Like I said if I just slightly tap the gas or engage the tranny it goes right away.
I dont figure my gatorback is already starting to go bad, any ideas, tips, thoughts on what it might be?
About to hit 75,000 miles. Thanks
