Default Full tune up, anything else?

Heres what I have done to the new truck I got (hasn't been tuned in 50,000 miles)

new coil pack, plugs, wires (changing plugs on a v6 4.0 SUCKS, location wise with limited tools lol)
cleaned MAF
cleaned throttle body
new belt
put in K&N drop in filter
new IAC
new EGR valve
new PCV valve
changed fuel filter
dropped tranny pan, new gasket, filter, fluid
flushed coolant
changed tranfer case fluid
changed oil to fully synthetic, ran for 1500 miles then changed oil again (mobil 1)

The truck runs like new now, but I am just wondering if there is anything else I should do? I am going to change out the rear diff oil as soon as I get the stripped bolt out.

The truck currently has 100,000 miles on it.

It may be overkill but its worth it but perhaps seafoam your truck, it is high in mileage and will thouroughly clean out the system. Other then that you have covered pretty much everything mechanically, now its just needs a good scrub down and 2 layers of wax

Alltogether, about how much did all this cost? I just did the oil and filter this past weekend but next time around I wanna do a full tune up. I just bought the truck three months ago and it has 123K miles. I don't trust car dealers to do tune ups as it's not cost-efficiant so I wanna tune it up myself. Also, was there anything in there that is a complete bitch to do? How long did it take you to do all this? Thanks for any input.

I definitely would not bring it to a dealership they would probably charge you over a grand to do everything I listed. Seriously just grab a heynes ranger manual or feel free to PM me and I can help... you will save alot of $$.

Heres a breakdown of what I spent:

new coil pack, plugs, wires :$100
cleaned MAF $6, make sure you get the spray that says its directly for Mass air flow.
cleaned throttle body $6 for throttle body cleaner spray and alot of rags.
new belt $30
put in K&N drop in filter $40
new IAC $50 (can be cleaned if wanted, I just decided to buy a new one)
new EGR valve $50 (same as above)
new PCV valve $3
fuel filter $15
dropped tranny pan, new gasket, filter, fluid $30
flushed coolant $8
changed tranfer case fluid $5
changed oil to fully synthetic, ran for 1500 miles then changed oil again (mobil 1) $30

The only thing that got me was the PCV valve.. on the v6 4.0 its a bitch to get to, and one of the spark plugs I had to take the damn wheel off and the person before me didn't use any anti-seeze on the plugs so it was a bitch to get out. Everything else was very easy. Just takes time, You will notice a huge difference if it hasn't been tuned in awhile.

So for me it was about $350 bucks, but if you don't need a new a belt, K&N air filter. The IAC and EGR and just clean them you can do it for much less but mine had basically embedded deposits I coulden't get out no matter how much I cleaned so I just bought brand new... just really depends on how far you wanna go with the tune up.

As for how long it took me...If you really wanted to you could do it all in one day, but through work and all the other bullshit I had to take breaks.. so I did everything in like two days.
