Default Shifting Problems

Hey Guys,

So I just got a new clutch and rebuilt trannsmission put in my truck done by a professional. He said the lines have a little air in them. We drove the truck probably 50 miles. Parked it and then three days later I went to go drive it. It won't shift while turned on. I have to turn it off and then shift from 1st to reverse and vice versa. What may be wrong?
