1998 Ranger won't start
I have a 98 Ranger, standard transmission. Last week it would not start ,so I replaced the battery and terminals(i use the truck for work, pool service, and start it 15-25 times a day). The next day it started 6 times, then it wouldn't. When it won't start it does not crank or make any sound whatsoever. Jumper cables do no good either, not a crank or noise. It will start only by popping clutch. So now I replaced neutral safety switch, and it started approx. 20 times then nothing again. So i popped the clutch and drove it home(approx 10 miles) I let it sit for 15 minutes or so, then it started up no problem. Needless to say I'm perplexed and would appreciate any advice. Thank you

Look by the clutch pedal down there and look for a broken/pinched wire. This happened to my 94 stick ranger.
