Default SCREEEEAMMING Heat Blower Motor / Fan

Today I got in the truck and started it up, hit the defroster to bust the ice/snow off. And thought I heard someone screaming.

Turned the blower motor down to 0 and it stopped. I could repeat it easily 10 times. So I know it's the blower motor/ fan.

SCREEEEAMMMED at me so I turned it off, turned it on 10min later, totally fine. Did it twice.

Time for a blower motor/fan?
Moisture get stuck in it possibly? It's been dry for the past few weeks and we got 12" snow last night.
