96 ranger 3.0....a/c only blows in the high setting...all other settings does not blow through vents until I am going a decent speed. When I am stopped or at very low speeds there is no a/c blowing unless I put it in the high setting....Any ideas?

it sounds like the resistor pack on the blower motor may need replacing.
