yes the clutch pedal is tight again, i can get it into gear and start it in gear but when i try to shift to second it is hard and i cannot shift from reverse to first either.

A friend of mine had that problem with a clutch he bought from Napa. He tried to bleed it many times.. Gave up and took it into a shop, they couldn't get it either.. So he returned the Napa clutch and got one from Ford. He had a bad clutch out of the box. Can't say for sure what the actual problem is, but something to keep in mind if you get at wits end.
