So i have been reading about it, but some people suggest to replace the light from the passanger side lock. But i notice that mine works fine.

Actually i didnt have the light till i replace both of my front seats and now its always on. I tried cleaning the conecctions and nothing was looking at the wiring and looks fine. Any advice on what to look for?

need a new fuse, i had that problem

what year is your truck? what seats did you put in? if you are 98+, did you put the pretensioner seat belts back on? how many times does the light flash?

is a 2004 and i got the same year seats i think. Pretensioner? im lost there man, i just unplugged the wires under the seat and put the new ones. the seat belt is working just fine, but the light stays on, i think it blinks 4 and stops then again . I will pay more attension to it tomorrow.

the pretensioner yanks the seatbelt tight in the event of a frontal collision...they work together with the airbags

can i take the pretensioner from the old seats an put them on the new ones? what tools do i need? never heard of this before.

Yep! That's what you got to do. I took the seat belts off old seats and made a bracket to bolt them to my expo. Seats then just plug them back up, off goes air bag light..

i got them off the old seats, it was pretty easy , i feel so dumb for asking for a how to ... tomorrow i will put them on the car and hope that my light goes away.

I got the pretensioners that actually came on the truck (from the old seats) and the light its gone. Thanks guys for all the help.
