Default Virbration in gas pedal at 64-74mph

My truck just started having a noticiable virbration a couple days ago. You can feel it through the seat and the pedal the most and it is ONLY when I am ON the throttle between 64-74mph. If im coasting at that speed, nothing vibrates. If I am above or below that speed, nothing vribates.

Truck has new tires that have maybe 3000 miles on them. They are one size up from stock I think so they arent rubbing. Ive check under the truck to see any evidence of rubbing or just anything that was broken, nothing.
Does this sound like an alignment problem maybe? Its really bugging me.

That's what my buddy was saying. Is that something I could replace myself?
