Oil change today, garage put 5-30 in instead of 5-20
I should be OK though, right?

Pull the engine NOW and turn it upside down over a bucket and beat on the pan with a 3# ball peen hammer until every drop is out.

Since you live in colder climate, just to be safe see if they will correct error at no cost to you or at least change oil filter and add one qt. of 5w20. If you lived in lower climate I would not think twice but new engines very dependent on thinner grade oils for component functionality.
