Default "MYSTERY" vacuum line on 3.o flex

Recently did an engine swap after blowin head gasket at 152k miles.Truck started right up and runs great! One problem though, on pass. side of engine, have vacuum lines coming from wiring harness. There is 2 together that go to rear of intake, then, there is one that goes to fuel regulator on fuel rail. Between the vac. lines mentioned, I have a "MYSTERY" vacuum line! Does anyone know where this one goes? Air induction box, maybe? I stuck bolt in end of it so dirt would not get sucked in. now, my engine light is on.Autozone said the code says "poor air-flow to egr valve". I know that this vacuum line has something to do with it! Can anyone help me out?? 2001 3.0 flex engine

Trace the vacuum line back from the EGR valve to the EGR Vacuum Regulator (EVR)solenoid valve. The EVR should have two vac lines connected. One of them goes to the EGR (as mentioned above) and the other to the intake manifold.

That's the vacuum reservoir for the A/C controls. I guess the EGR code threw me off. Maybe you have more than one problem.
