Also I see AZ has a quick disconnect tool for fuel lines for like $8....do I need something like this? Thanx.

on my 94 2.3l its pretty much right under the fdriver door tucked into the frame. there is 2 tabs on it and a hose clamp holding it in place with the bracket take 2 min. to change. (well when it on a lift over your head) and no u dont need a special tool just pull the old clips out.

Tools needed:
Flat head screw driver
floor jack
jack stand
and at the most 10 min of time

Mine is in the same spot ('99 Ranger) but does need a fuel line tool to remove. Tried the Sharpie cap trick but it was not rigid enough. Harborfreight.com has the tools cheap.

If it is those metal clips you need the tool.

I found it, it's right in the frame below the drivers side. Two of the connections have a little plastic clip you pull to remove.

The third is the one you need the $.02 tool that snaps on the fuel line then pushes in on that green snap lock or whatever u call it.

Now that I know how it works I could have saved $8 but it only took like 5 minutes though.
