Default Having problem with no pressure in the brake system

Well my truck has been parked for the winter and the brakes were working fine. I just put new pads and calipers and rotors on it and now the pedal goes the floor. I bled them like four times and nothing. i don't know what it could be.

My method for bleeding brakes is
Have a friend in drivers seat. With truck running have him pump the brakes 3 times and hold it then i open the bleeder screw for about 5 seconds then close it and repeat

If you don't find any air in the lines, I'm afraid you'll be looking at a master cylinder change.
