Default need help with performance chip on the mass air flow sensor!!

some one please help me find out which 2 wires i need to install a performance chip on my 1992 ford ranger xlt 3.0 v6, the chip instructions says that i need to hook it up to 2 wires to the mass air flow sensor but i have 5 wires and i can't find out which wires it is or the color, the two wires that i'm supose to hook it up to is supose to be 1 gray wire and 1 gray wire with a red line through it, my intake has and sensor on it that has those wire colors and is only 2 wires, but it doesn't say to hook it up to the intake, if some one could help me figure this problem out i'll buy you a beer

this sensor that you speak of on your intake, is the MAF. are you saying you have 5 wires on your MAF?

DO NOT install that "chip" in your truck. It will only hurt things.

but for what it's worth, the mass air flow sensor is just above your airbox on the passenger side. Four 8mm bolts hold it onto the airbox lid, and it has the electrical connector you are trying to find attached to it.

I said it once, and I will say it again, throw that "chip" out the window.

If you put that fake "chip" on your truck, it will cause irreversible damage to the engine and your electronic systems that control it. DO NOT PUT THAT PIECE OF SHIT ON YOUR TRUCK!
It is not a chip. It is nothing more than a resistor that alters the MAF/IAT readings to the computer. This makes the computer alter the fuel and other engine parameters beyond the safe and correct limits of operation. Do not use it.
