I have that problem periodically, just spray some lube up in there, that will moisten it up a little.

u can buy lithium grease n aerosol can, has little tube like wd40.. use it on every moving part, locks, hinges, tailgate, window regulators, hoodlatch, will make everything work like new again and help prolong the life of the parts..

I use WD40 to clean it. Then apply a generous amount of dry lube. It sprays like WD, but dries and won't collect dust and dirt.

So did it work?

I have been having this issue for awhile and people tell me not to use WD-40 because it will build up and cause more issues later.

So what would be the best product to use?

This seems to work best for me:

What everyone is telling you is not that complicated. Just spray it & see if it works! Only 2 choices...Either it will or it won't! If it does you're done in 2 minutes if it don't then pull the door panel & check the lock rods for binding or possible bent. Whew! just kidding ya. Did you get your's fixed? lol. It just might have some sticky Florida o.j. on it!!!
