Default Help Me Fix My Truck!!!

ok, so here is the story....

i first noticed that my truck had a adnormal idle, the needle jumped a bit....

then one day at about 30 mph while accelerating i had a loss of power and the engine light blinked and went back off

i went to autozone and they couldn't read anything because the light wasn't on.....

I read on the internet that the flashing Check Engine Light indicates a significant misfire in one of the cylinders.

I changed the spark plugs/wires....

Started driving (for some reason i no longer have a rough idle)

now at 55 mph (only 55 mph, nothing else) my truck begins to shake lightly... my check engine light came on.. it says misfire in cylinder 4

i changed the fuel filter and it still acts weird at 55...

do you guys think it's the coil pack?

i don't think it's a vacuum leak or the wheels (i don't have any play in the wheel bearings) i get little play in the driveshaft in neutral....

the reason i don't think it deals with the things above is because IT ONLY HAPPENS AT 55 mph!!! which is weird..... when it starts it's little shake at 55 i press down or let off the gas and it goes away...

let me know if you know what's going on with my truck!

thanks in advance
