Default possible battery draw question

i have been fighting this issue for quite some time with the 06, i had thought i had a crapped out battery, so i have since replaced it, and still fighting it, so earlier today i decided to persue it a little further, and i did the trick of taking the neg battery cable off, and running a test light from the neg terminal on the cable to the neg terminal to the battery, and it lit up, so i pulled all the fuses out, and stil on, so i started flipping switches to see if i can get it to show its ugly head, so i turned on the headlight switch, and it started making a buzzing noise, so i traced it to a plug on the fuse box, i unplugged one of the master plug on the fuse box on the passenger kick panel, no my truck had got hit on that side, would accident damage cause some sort of malfunction in the fusebox? i found one on ebay, and on the upper left corner it is stamped "scrap if dropped more than 20 CM's" obviously the impact would have been greater then a drop from 20 cm's and would a fuse panel from a 2007 be the same as for the 2006?

here is the impact my truck suffered, and don't laugh, but my shit was a cable truck...LOL

I don't know about the fuse box fiting. Does the truck have power or manuel windows and locks? If so I believe it can mess up the electrical system, plus the fueses. Also I work at Advance Auto and when we hook up 2005 and newer cars and trucks or change batteries, we hook up a memory saver. Like a jump box to the obdll. That way because you have codes in your computer if and when you unbolted that negative cable, you could have erased the codes in the computer. And that would cause it to not start.

thanks for the input clinton, do you think maybe the damage from when the truck got hit would cause a short in the fusebok from the shock? another thing i noticed,m the fusebox i found on ebay was from a 2007, adn it was black, mine, and another 06 i found on ebay had white fuseboxes

if there where some kinda insurance involved with that accident call them up and let them now that they is residual damaga to the truck. I forget what they call that when people are in accidents and they tell them __________ you might feel 5 years later because of this...?

But anyhow maybe that can be linked back to the accident and just have it dropped off at ford on the ins. dime....

Been there and done that ... Ford completely changed the wiring in 2007. I actually got a black 2007 fuse box from the salvage yard and installed it in my 2004 Ranger and my truck wouldn't even start up and the windsheild wiper fluid automatically started spaying out. If you notice, the #7 fuse for the head light illumination switch is missing on the 2007. Ford thinks they're going to loose money if they keep things the same.

My 2004 almond fuse box on the left and the 2007 black fuse box on the right.
