Default Oil Replacement and Engine trouble

I'm new here, and I didn't see if anyone asked this question.
I have a 94 Ford Ranger, with 140k+ miles, I haven't had any problems til recently.

I am currently replacing the oil in my Ranger, Replacing the Radiator fluids, and I'm try to repair a problem that started with bad gas and perhaps electrical issues.

How much oil goes into the motor? What should I know about replacing Radiator fluids?

I recently got some bad gas I think. My Ranger stalled shortly after getting gas, and I can't get it to start since. There is plenty of pressure in the line.

I have added more reliable gas to the tank, two bottles of Heet, and Fuel Octane Treatment.
I have replaced the fuel filter, I have replaced the spark plugs, spark plug cable, distributor cap, and rator button.

I can't get my Ranger to start.

U should first go back to the place you got the gas and have them check their tanks.

If it was truly bad gas on their part they have to pay for it to be repaired which is a full fuel system flush

What size engine do u have?

Thanks STL I appreciate the help.

My Ranger is a 94 Super Cab 3.0L manual.

I am having a problem getting my Ranger started. Orginally it was bad gas. That seems to be resolved. I have replaced spark plugs, spark plug cables, distributor, rotor button, and coil; and yet my Ranger still does not want to start.

The gas I treated with more reputable gas, two bottle of Heet, octane treatment and today another bottle of gas treatment. I haven't dropped the tank because I can see how to drop the tank.

Is there a fuel cut off switch that I may need to reset? If so, where would it be?

1, check 4 spark on all cyl. (pull boot from plug hold boot opening near bolt sticking up from engine listen for poping sound, carefully, hold boot by point closest to wire, and keep it close to stud at all times while cranking.)

2, listen for fuel pump open driver window turn key to on, duck under truck listen for humming at beginning of bed)

I can here the fuel pump hum, and I checked the pressure of the fuel pump fromt he valve and there is plenty of pressure. It seems to have plenty of spark. The spark is white.

Hmm, if you have fuel and you have spark, then by mechanical measures it should start unless you jumped time. This is unlikely, so I would suggest TS'ng the anti theft system.

Or if you can give me a details story about happenings up to the point of failure I can most likely narrow down to a specific.

Default Problem starting my Ranger

August 15, We had rain storm all day, I was in heavy stop and go traffic all day, in the afternoon my truck acted as if it were losing get up and go.
I then came to a point that I need gas, my gas gauge was on "E". I only put $10.00 in the tank. My truck started without any problems, I pulled out of the station and accelerated up to speed and then it stalled. It hasn't started since.

I have changed the spark plugs, spark plug cables, distributor cap, rotor button, and coil. It now has fresh oil, and I'll be changing the radiator fuilds today.

The gas I put $10.00 more dollar of reputable gas, two containers of HEET, Octane treatment, and now gas treatment. I replaced the fuel filter and drained the lines. I can hear the fuel pump with no problem, and the pressure is great... The only thing I haven't done is drop the tank, but weather permitting I'll be doing that today.

I appreciate any ideas or anything that you think I missed.

I don't know what the issue is with your truck, but I'd at least temporarily refrain from adding all the additives. That's not going to magically fix things. It could actually make it harder to isolate the problem(s).

STL works on diesels, so he knows where I am coming from, and hopefully will advise accordingly.
Neither gas or diesel will run on water, we all know that, but a diesel has a fuel/water separator to prevent water from getting into the injectors.
On the John Deere I used to work on, the screen in the injector would not allow water to pass through and would stop the flow of fuel if enough water got past the fuel/water separator. (I have no idea what the mesh was, but a nylon stocking had huge holes in comparison).
I don't know if the injector strainer screens are the same or not, but it is a thought.
Don't go jerk them suckers till some one has confirmed this.
My thought is, there has to be a blockage between the fuel rail and the injector outlet.
You might try cranking it over, then pull a plug and smell for gas.

Didn't you say you flushed the fuel lines from the fuel filter to the tank?

What about the fuel lines from the fuel filter to the engine? Like Clem said check the injectors/fuel rail something is preventing it from getting fuel to the engine even though you have the spark at the spark plugs

Fuel/water separator's are awesome
