Default Buzzer disconnect

So I just bought myself a '05 Ranger. So far so good.
But......I would like to disconnect the buzzer. It appears as though it is located behind the instrument panel?
Any suggestions on how to go about unplugging it without removing the panel? Or should I just get off my lazy butt and take it apart and get to it?

Thanks in advance!

Rick

This is what I did;
My buzzer is built into the instrument panel, after removing the dash and getting to the panel, I tried to get to the buzzer for removal. That was going to be a bigger project than I was willing to do (may not even be possible without causing damage) so I tested a plug and that did not work, so I found a small self tapping screw and tapped it into the back of the buzzer.
No buzzer now.
Not that big of a project. Ford was nice enough to use only two types of screws and they were all the same size. Easy stuff.
