Default Sticking Brakes

Hey I gotta dumb question.
What causes brakes to stick?
Mine have sticking anytime its in drive or reverse, and Its annoying as hell. How can i fix it?

are the caliper slides rusty? take them off and put caliper slide grease on them. if that doesnt work then it could be your calipers

as stated clean the slide pins, add a liittle bit of grease.....(is the fluid black?).. I recommend taking a syringe and suckin all the fluid out of the reservoir adding knew fluid and bleeding out all the old in the lines. if all this doesnt help, which should make a huge improvement in pedal feel/performance.... the rubber section of the lines maybe bad. (frame to caliper section)
