Default fuel pump assembly

So living in idaho now, i decided i needed a new to me truck. found one up in montana at a dealership called Resslers of Belgrade. 2003 Ranger FX4 level 2 xlt v6 4.0 sohc 63000 miles, 1 owner. sweet freaking truck. definite upgrade from the 2000 xlt 2x4 v6 3.0. im kicking my self in the ass because i was only able to make it to MT on a saturday, and it would appear that mechs in MT hold banking hours. anyway long story short. i bought it, drove it back to SE idaho. 3 days later i fill it with gas. no leaks until i top off the tank like i do with every other vehicle ive owned. at top off, there appears to be a leak from the top of the fuel tank. i call the dealership and they tell me that im filling the tank to full. when ever ive filled a tank to full. the overflow come out on to my shoes from the filler tube where i put the nozzel into the truck.. a mech quoted me 200 bux just to drop the tank. f that. so i drove it around another week to drain some of the gas out of it and a buddy and my self dropped the tank, luckly, we found some serious chit . i would appear that the fuel line (gas out?/ red clip) has 2-3 kinks in it, the fuel line (vapor in?/ green clip) has the green clip broken and part of the nipple from the fuel pump sender assembly lodged in it. the fuel pump sender assembly has that nipple broken off. and the large plastic nut that mounts the pump into the fuel tank is fully split. it would appear that some r-tard tried to superglue the plastic nut back together after he broke it. i m going to call the dealership today and see if they will get me/ reimburse me for parts or at least some. if not watch out for Ressler Motors of Belgrade/ bozeman MT. I feel something like this should have been caught in their acclaimed 31 point inspection. can i just get a sender assembly or do i have to get the whole fuel pump. are we going to need some special 'f-you' pliers to get the other fuel line off the pump? btw, i feel so special my new-to-me truck is up on blocks in my buddys shop and i have had it all of 2 weeks.......
