Default 94 ranger e-brake problems

Wondering if anyone has a diagram or some sort of in sight as to how the two rear e-brake cables connect to the front one, i only have a spring that would join the two together but there should be a actuator or something that the two rear brake cables hook to, then the spring hooks to that. Pictures would serve the best if possable. thanks.
